• How do I purchase tickets to an experience?
    Simply click on the experience you wish to purchase tickets to, click 'read on'. Select 'BUY TICKETS' and enter the quantity you wish to purchase. You will be taken through the step by step checkout process.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa and MasterCard, and electronic funds transfers.
  • Can you create a custom experience or event for me?
    Absolutely! With 25 years of combined experience between us, organising and managing events is what we do best. We would love the opportunity to create an amazing experience especially for you, whether it be a social or corporate event. Minimum spends and co-ordination fees apply. Please contact us directly to discuss your upcoming event.
  • Do I need to bring a printed confirmation of my purchase with me when I attend an event or experience?
    No, it is not necessary to present a purchase confirmation on the day of the event. After booking your experience, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Simply turn up to the event, your name will appear on the guest list.
  • If I am unable to attend an event, can I receive a refund or credit note?
    Unfortunately not. Our events are unique in nature, and limited seats are available. While we can not issue refunds, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for them to use instead.
  • Do you collaborate with others or offer brand sponsorship?
    Absolutely! We love working with like minded people, and brands who celebrate our ethos. Please contact us about your project or brand, we would love to hear about it.
  • Can you create a recipe using our brand?
    It's one of our favourite things to do. With an appreciation for amazing produce and ingredients, and years of experience working with flavours, we love creating new recipes. We also love styling our recipe creations, playing with styling props, and capturing them photographically.
